During our tenure on the board, we have become keenly aware that the Governing Documents are outdated must be amended and modernized. These consist of The Master Deed (originally drafted in 1981), The ByLaws, The Rules and Regulations, and any Amendments made to those three categories throughout the years.
Any changes or amendments must be voted in by the general membership and properly recorded with the county registrar. We have discovered that there are contradictions in many areas, several portions need modernization, and the Rules and Regulations which were
drafted and voted on by the membership in 2018 but were not recorded with the county registrar.
We have put a great deal of effort into this project and believe that the changes and additions are necessary and will be to the benefit of all. This will be voted on at the next annual meeting. We strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with the proposed changes. The documents below are as follows:
