IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE  

If you hear the fire alarm and/or see the strobe light flashing, evacuate immediately and do not return until advised.  

In the event of a fire, pull the alarm station on your floor and CALL 911. When an alarm is activated, a loud bell will sound and a strobe light will flash on each floor. The fire emergency procedures will also trigger if excessive smoke or heat is detected. Evacuate immediately and assist others when possible. Use the stairwells to exit the building, if they are safe. Be sure to close the stairwell doors behind you to help contain the fire. Wait for the Fire Department to arrive at the front entry awning.  

For non-fire related emergencies, dial 911. For non-emergency police calls, such as noise, nuisance, or trespassing, contact the Knoxville Police Department Dispatch Desk at (865) 215-4010. Remember these important Knoxville emergency contacts for your safety.
